I got a chance to play it last night, and I must say that I haven’t smiled so much while playing a game in a long time. Railroad Bridge and Battleground were spot-on remakes of the old Ghost Recon maps and missions, all set up for online co-op play. So much so, that I would get killed in all the same spots that gave me trouble in their originals. Caves had a different feel than it’s original, and I didn’t get to play it enough to decide if it’s as great as the old one. Plantation was updated quite a bit, but still retained some of the old-school feel. Castle was a gorgeous remake, with greatly expanded grounds outside the Castle walls. If you were a fan of the original Ghost Recon for the PC, go download this now. Turn off your UAV, Jump into Battleground or Railroad Bridge, and you’ll feel all the warm fuzziness.
